Returns & Refund Policy

We request customers to carefully check their order (size, colour, shape, and quantity) at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

Return & Refund Guidelines

  • A clear unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to raise any refund or return request.
  • Only damaged or wrongly delivered products are eligible for return.
  • In case of damage, shortage, or defect, customers must raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Customers must share the unboxing video and clear images of the damaged product as proof via:
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and found to be in acceptable condition.
  • Once approved, refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser’s account.

Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For COD orders, customers must provide bank account details; refunds will be credited within 7 working days.
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on the statement.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Customers must ship the product back using Speed Post (India Post) or any courier service at their own cost.
  • New delivery shipping charges will apply for the exchanged product.
  • Products must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and preferably in original packaging.
  • Partial returns or selected-item returns are allowed, subject to applicable return charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. However, the customer may choose to reject the order at the doorstep.
  • The cancellation time window varies by product category. Once the specified time window has passed, cancellation may not be allowed.
  • In certain cases, a cancellation fee may be charged if the order is cancelled after the allowed time window.
  • The cancellation time window and applicable charges mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page shall be considered final.
  • If an order is cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  • Creating Bharat reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests and may modify or waive cancellation charges or time windows at its discretion.
